Frame

Put wallpaper, a color, or a gradient behind the capture. Set padding, radius, and shadow, or switch the canvas to 16:9, 1:1, or 9:16.

Place zoom keyframes on the timeline at 1.5× to 3×. The frame can follow the cursor while zoomed. Movement is smoothed, and clicks can highlight.
